Photography, Interior Design and me
I’m a Canadian interior designer and photographer living and working in Port Credit, Canada on the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario and the Credit River.
I thought I had completed my studies of Interior Design in 1966 (NY School of Interior Design). I actually continued to study and develop that into a lifetime career with never ending training by my clientele. I was accepted by the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) in 1985 as a Professional Interior Designer and elected to the American Society Interior Designers (ASID) in 1987. My work is about 80% residential including a five story private residence in Taipei and residences, offices and restaurants in the UK and the Caribbean although I work primarily in Canada. I retired in 2010 and all of the above duly proves that I am old. I continue to happily respond to past clients.
I was given the family camera, a Kodak Brownie, in my teen years and that began an interest which continues today. I began with film and my second camera was a 35mm Practica and, a few years later, a Mamiya twin lens. I have both cameras still. My primary interest remains the human experience with an eye on the artistic whether Photojournalism, Fashion or Portraits with a special interest in headshots and events.
If you have an interest in purchasing any of my work just send me an email. Purchases will allow me to continue this great adventure. As time permits I am working to develop a price list.
